As part of the nutrition staff, your role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily clean-up to include sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters, carts, cleaning sinks, and washing dishes.
- Be able to work at a moderately quick pace.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Assist with basic food preparation and service as needed.
- Assists with cleaning & dishwashing during service breaks.
- Perform assigned responsibilities quickly in order to assist in other kitchen tasks when needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations strictly.
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a standard knowledge of kitchen operation.
- Possess knowledge of chemical cleaners and their proper usage.
- Possess knowledge of common health safety procedures.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
