Job Description

We are seeking a professional night auditor. Come join our team at the Surf Hotel & Chateau, a new one-of-a-kind property located in beautiful South Main, Buena Vista. The goal of our new hire is to execute the daily reconciliation and audit, to follow safety and standard procedures, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Night Auditor Responsibilities:

• The Night Auditor is responsible for reviewing all guest folios, making any necessary corrections and reporting.
• Oversees front desk operation and functions during the overnight hours in accordance with established procedures.
• Manages the preparation of daily business activity summary reports and distribution.
• Ensure the safety of hotel guests and employees during the overnight hours.
• Handle confidential and guest information with the highest degree of integrity.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as making beds, delivering guest and room amenities, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment including common hotel areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Night Auditor Requirements:

• Must have housing in the area and reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with little supervision at times and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Prioritization and time management skills.

Compensation:

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
