YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL OF NATURAL / ORGANIC PRODUCT TO QUALIFY FOR THESE JOBS.............Please do not apply if you do not have retail grocery experience.
NATURAL / ORGANIC CATEGORY MANAGER for both the Poncha Springs and Buena Vista Location. This is a supervisor position that requires travel between Poncha Springs and Buena Vista Locations, LaGree's offers Medical, Dental, and Vision after 90days of Full Time (over 30 hours per week) 401k with 100% employer match (up to 4%) after 6 months, paid vacations (after 1 year).
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST
You must be able to do the following:
- Follow rules, regulations and standards of LaGree Enterprises
- Team player
- Clean, neat and organized
- Good customer skills
- Expense budget adherence, operational profitability
- Inventory ordering and stocking
- Ability to work primarily in cooler and freezer areas
- Ability to lift, push and pull product safely up to 70lbs
- General maintenance and cleaning of department areas
- Special projects as directed by management
- In some areas, you may be required to obtain a food handler's certification.
- Follow health department and safety rules and regulations
