```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional guest service throughout the dining experience
- Knowledgeably answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Enter orders into the POS system (e.g., Aloha POS) accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Help with other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or customer service environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
