Position Summary:
The Migration Project Specialist coordinates and completes projects related to partner and customer migrations. They focus on process and procedure completion, collaboration, and improvement. The Specialist communicates across the organization to stakeholders to support project delivery and ensures accurate and timely fulfillment for optimal partner experience. They continually develop improvements and feedback into our processes and procedures to assist with automation.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage migration and full partner acquisitions including project planning, requirement gathering, platform updates, ticket tracking, reporting, and communications
- Actively engage and work together with Pax8 stakeholders and process owners to provide critical support on all aspects of migrations and full partner acquisitions
- Drive continuous improvement of current process workflow through documentation, identifying areas of opportunity that create efficiency and remove obstacles and communicating recommended improvements to streamline and automate
- Devise and perform ad-hoc workarounds for potential platform and process obstacles
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- At least two (2) years of experience performing complex back-office processes.
- Experience working in a Lean/Agile environment using tools such as Wrike, Jira, or Trello.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem solving.
- Quick learner, able to adopt new tools and data models.
- Ability to build partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Ability to develop and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $56,000 to $71,000 or more depending on experience.
