Job Description:

Facilitate mentorship opportunities for youth that are in need of enhanced support by coordinating the Youth in Action after-school peer to peer mentoring program for middle and early childhood students and supporting the adult to peer mentor program county-wide.

Key responsibilities include program coordination, creative thinking and problem solving, class facilitation, supervision, recruitment, interviewing, coaching mentors, and planning activities. Work as a team player within Family and Youth Initiatives and the Department of Human Services to enhance and develop programming that reduces risk factors and bolsters protective factors for youth.

This is an exempt/salaried position with a pay range of $$53,000/annually to $57,000/annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
