Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in medical staff credentialing and privileging.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (CMS, The Joint Commission, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; credentialing software experience a plus.

This critical role supports our medical staff by overseeing credentialing, privileging, and reappointment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing administrative support to the Medical Staff Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage credentialing, privileging, and reappointment processes for medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and submit applications to the Medical Executive Committee.
• Oversee Focused and Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluations (FPPE/OPPE).
• Maintain medical staff bylaws, rules, and regulations.
• Support the election of Medical Staff Officers.
• Assist with CMS/TJC/Agency surveys and ensure ongoing regulatory readiness.
