Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Local Marketing Specialist to enhance our community presence and drive business growth in the Cañon City area. This role will focus on building strong local relationships and implementing effective offline marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, such as community events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and industry professionals.
• Generate leads through local networking and outreach activities.
• Manage local advertising campaigns, including print, radio, and television.
• Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and door hangers.
• Represent the company at local events and trade shows.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of local marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local market and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in local marketing, sales, or community outreach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Enthusiasm for community involvement
• Experience with CRM software (preferred)
