POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager brings unique value to Fading West by developing strategies to effectively tell its story and to promote the Fading West brand across all its divisions and projects. This individual will also ensure that we have a cohesive branding message and marketing collateral for all divisions of Fading West.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing  
  • Manage all FWD social media accounts including creation, strategy and content.  Choose and direct creative partners/subcontractors to manage social media accounts where applicable.  

  • Manage all FWD websites including creation, content and updates.   

  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns.  Manage email database and work with FWD divisions to devise strategy, content and execution of email campaigns to accomplish divisional goals.  

  • Creative/Branding  
  • Support FWD with graphic design, presentations and copywriting.  

  • Use photography and video to support FWD in telling its story and in its sales strategy.    

  • Serve as the liaison to creative partners and subcontractors.  

  • Manage the FWD brand and create brand consistency across all FWD projects and divisions  

  • Promotions  
  • Develop strategies for promoting FWD and its divisions surrounding significant milestones, new development projects and other stories of interest.  

  • Work with the FWD team to put on promotional events.  Lead the coordination of advertising, hosting and executing the events  

  • Serve as liaison to media for events  

  • Assist FWD team with recruiting staff members through advertising, job fair events and fostering strategic relationships.  

  • Project Management  
  • Manage all FWD marketing initiatives regardless of divisions.  

  • Lead marketing and promotional efforts to launch new FWD projects including web/social presence, branding, sales strategies and storytelling.  

  • Work closely with divisions to set quarterly marketing goals and plans.  

  • Content and Material Creation 
  • Work closely with team leads to create content for print/ digital marketing.  

  • Creation of branded marketing materials that can be distributed.  

  • (With collaboration and approval from leaders) order, print, ship branded mateiral for distribution and display 

  • Content created during time of employment will then become sole property of Fading West Development. 

 

Qualifications

 

  • ·       Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent.
  • ·       4-6 years of relevant experience and increasing responsibility in coordinator and marketing related activities.
  • ·       Experience with Photoshop, InDesign (or equivalent), Social Media Mgt. Platforms, CRM platform, Square Space (or equivalent) and Microsoft Suite.
  • ·       Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ·       Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow a function exponentially within a growing company.

 

 

  • This role requires signing a confidentiality agreement, intellectual property rights agreement, and non-compete and non-disclosure agreement.
  • Background check results that meet Fading West’s standards.
  • Reference check that speaks to the positive character of the applicant.
  • May be required to regularly stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, lift or carry more than 30 pounds, climb/balance on stairs or ladders, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Must be competent and comfortable in basic computer skills and navigating modern technology.
