Position Summary:

Sr. Manager of Enablement Programs is a go-getter, who thinks and communicates strategically while driving the tactical execution of the programs. This is a person that can be a true partner to our revenue organization and has a proven track record in supporting a fast-paced team.   

They need to be comfortable engaging with all levels of the revenue organization and finding creative solutions when there is limited time and resources. Successful candidates will have a minimum of years of experience in training and enablement. Given that you will be a business partner for the sales team, a deep understanding of the sales roles and responsibilities, and productivity model is required. The Sr. Revenue Enablement Role also should have a good understanding of sales methodology and MSP buying cycle.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

Enablement Program Design and Execution

  • Designs, schedules, manages, and facilitates Launchpad program for each sales team for internal promotions and external hires.
  • Evaluates the Good to Gr8 enablement programs and designs appropriate plan for the advancement of these programs on quarterly basis working with the key stakeholders.
  • Observes sales performance and productivity and coach sales leaders to ensure their teams are advancing their sales skills, product knowledge, performance and their ability to effectively manage their business. Provides job aids and plans for leaders to execute actionable coaching for their teams. 
  • Creates quarterly OKR alignment and execution plan, communicate progress on monthly basis to all revenue stakeholders.
  • Creates and executes QBRs that outline effectiveness of the enablement programs to the sales leadership and related stakeholders.
  • Experienced in implementing and integrating the CoM sales methodology to sales playbook.
  • Remains current and up to date with enablement best practices, Pax8 product, services, internal tools and processes – and update sales content accordingly.
  • Works with the Curriculum Development (CD) team to develop new, bite-size, just in time eLearning courses. (3x quarter min.)
  • Runs quarterly audit for relevance of the existing courses and suggests new courses.
  • Provides sales leadership updates on the performance of their team’s execution on the e-learning courses. 

Revenue Enablement Initiatives

  • Participates and shows active leadership in the key enablement initiatives that have impact on the wider revenue organization.
  • Identifies growth and scale initiatives and drives key revenue initiatives they are responsible for. 

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • Ability to train technical sales roles
  • Passion for enabling other to be successful
  • Sales and channel experience required
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to quickly pivot to new concepts
  • Training, and enablement experience required
  • Proficient with MS Office suite
  • Expertise with Adult Learning Theory concepts
  • Expertise with sales tools like Salesforce Expertise with program design, development, learning management systems, and content management systems
  • Knowledge of channel, technology, and clod concepts is mandatory

Required Education Certifications:

  • B.S./B.A. degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science or Learning and Development; or equivalent work experience
  • Channel Experience
  • MSP space knowledge

Work Environment:

Professional office environment. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, printers, and filing cabinets.

Physical Demands: Sedentary role that primarily involves sitting/standing 

Travel Requirements: Infrequent travel is expected

Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a base salary starting at $100,000.00

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
