Quick Lane Technician – Canon City Ford 

Full-Time | Competitive Pay (Based on Experience) $18.00 plus bonus

Job Description: 

The Faricy Boys Ford Quick Lane is looking for a reliable and motivated Quick Lane Technician to join our fast-paced service team. This position focuses on routine maintenance and light repair work in a high-volume environment. 

The ideal candidate must have their own basic set of tools and be comfortable performing oil changes, brake repairs, fluid services, and alignments. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform oil and filter changes
  • Complete brake inspections and brake repairs
  • Tire rotations, tire repairs, and wheel alignments
  • Perform fluid exchanges (coolant, transmission, brake, power steering, etc.)
  • Complete multi-point inspections (MPI) accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Work efficiently to meet shop productivity standards
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors
  • Follow all safety and dealership procedures

Requirements: 

  • Must have own basic automotive tool set
  • Experience with quick service or general automotive maintenance preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a shop environment
