Must effectively operate computer programs for data input and retrieval. Must be able to set up and utilize authentic Microsoft software, including website applications. Must utilize accounting software packages.
Lead employees to set up and maintain the RLSS software.
Collects appropriate data and prepares federal, state, and local reports, including yearend 1098 forms.
Monitors loans receivable to ensure that payments are up to date.
Reconciles loan report discrepancies and problems.
Enters finalized cash receipts and updates loans receivable ledger by customer number.
Examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
Prepares letters, forms, and other documents used for collecting, disbursing, and recording revolving loan account payments.
Answer customer questions regarding loan account and corrects records.
Reviews printouts of allocation for interest and principal to locate errors, then correct errors if needed.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
