```Duties```

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

- Assist with menu planning and recipe development

- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

```Skills```

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food industry setting

- Proficient knife skills for food preparation

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests

- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members

- Ability to follow recipes and accurately measure ingredients

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals that meet their dietary needs. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, collaborating with the kitchen team, and maintaining a clean work area.
