Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and positive Line Cook to join our culinary team. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing items following our recipes and guidelines while maintaining a fun and positive attitude. This position requires attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.

**Duties:**

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring

- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

- Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes

- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

**Skills:**

- Positive attitude

- Knowledge of food safety guidelines

- Experience as a cook in a similar role

- Ability to work well in a team setting

- Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

- Excellent communication skills

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen equipment safely

- Experience in food handling and food service
