Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $16-$17/hr.

Location: Canon City, CO.

Job Description:

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a dynamic and professional Leasing Agent to join our winning team at the Country Green Apartments in Cañon City.. If you're looking to start a new career and have a positive attitude, we want you to be a part of our team! We are offering up to $17/hr. plus leasing bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and 80 hours of paid time off.

We currently manage 73,026 apartment units in 21 states, making us the 9th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2023). In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments   are acceptable for showing
- Must be available Saturdays
- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign   where required 
- Maintains and updates Property Information Handbook and Advertising Log Book.
- Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach
- Assists the Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Preferably 1 years experience in leasing or property management
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
