Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $19-$22/hr.

Location: Leadville, CO.

Job Description:

Hiring for both Event Logistics/Warehouse and Retail positions. Interested in a position working in our Retail store or supporting our event logistics team-please apply now!

Key Responsibilities:
 

Customer Service and Sales Support:

  • Greet and engage with event attendees to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer interest to increase average transaction value.
  • Promote event-specific merchandise and special offers, ensuring customers are aware of discounts or limited-edition items.
     

Inventory Management:

  • Track and monitor inventory levels in real-time during the event, ensuring high-demand products are always available for customers.
  • Report stock levels and restocking needs to the Retail Manager to ensure popular items are replenished promptly.
  • Help with inventory checks and stock organization before, during, and after the event.
     

Merchandise Design and Display:

  • Set up and maintain attractive, on-brand product displays that encourage customer engagement and maximize sales.
  • Ensure that products are well-stocked, organized, and clearly labeled.
  • Arrange merchandise according to sales trends and customer demand (adjusting displays as needed based on inventory).
  • Regularly clean and maintain display areas to ensure a professional, high-quality shopping experience

Retail position:

  • Front of house sales 
  • Customer relations
  • Ensure website is up-to-date and optimized based on time of year
  • In-store initiatives
  • Handle incoming receiving and shipments
  • Manage inventory/ stocking and tagging
  • Strive to meet monthly retail goals as set forth by manager
  • Field customer inquiries in-store
  • Keep store and back-of-house clean and welcoming
  • Maintain positive community involvement
  • Manage upstairs company apartment

Warehouse/ Logistics Coordinators:

  • Work as part of a larger team on managing logistics for all events
  • Manage/organize warehouse
  • Manage receiving and Shipping
  • Event prep to include loading/ set-up of all event related logistics
  • Event tear down including comprehensive clean-up across full event
  • Field inquiries with community and athlete/crews
  • Establish and maintain professional relationship with community
