Our services include water damage, mold, fire, and disaster restoration.

The position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will oversee and coordinate water, fire, and mold restoration projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient restoration of damaged properties while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of restoration projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration techniques, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of restoration technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and property owners, effectively communicating project status and addressing concerns.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, estimates, and documentation for insurance claims and project completion.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain specialized restoration equipment, such as water extractors, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and mold remediation equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure the safety of yourself and your team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Restoration Technician or similar role.
• IICRC certifications (Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation) preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
