Wage: $18-$22/hr.

Job Description
Landscaper/groundskeeper for the South Main neighborhood including around the Surf Hotel Chateau. Responsibilities: Maintains gardens, flower beds, trees and lawns, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, and weeding. Waters plants and lawns and adds fertilizer as needed. Installs outdoor lighting and sprinkler systems. Removes snow, ice, and leaves as needed. Winterization.
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE HOUSING AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Ability to work with little supervision at times and maintain a high level of performance.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Knowledge of English language
