Job Description
Kids Klub is hiring a Site Leader.
This is a part-time position of 15 to 30 hours per week, primarily working from 6:45 - 8:00 am and 2:45 - 6 pm during the school year. During the summer up to 40-hours per week is possible.
Duties:
- Work with children in a before and after school childcare setting at local elementary schools.
- Care for children ages 5-12.
- Ensure the safety of the children, while also having fun.
- Responsible for snack time, arts and crafts, play time and games.
- Must love working with children.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have 3 years verifiable experience working with groups of children aged 5 and up.
- Verifiable experience can be paid or unpaid such as babysitting, scouts, 4H, sports, childcare etc.
- College course work may be substituted for experience.
- Background check and fingerprint check is required.
- Must be willing to complete mandatory paid training of 40-65 hours, which can be a combination of online and at site.
- All training fees are paid by the District.
Pay: Starting at $13.75 per hour, negotiable based on experience
