Kenline Veterinary Clinic is a busy, growing Canon City veterinary clinic that has proudly served Fremont County for over 65 years. We love our highly skilled long-term doctors and staff, many lifelong clients, and adorable pet patients that come in all shapes and sizes.

We’re continuing to grow our Veterinary Kennel Assistant team and need someone that can confidently deliver exceptional pet care service. The position will be part time with potential for full time depending on the needs of the individual, but our goal is consistent full-time scheduling once trained. Night, weekends and holidays are a MUST as this job is taking care of animals left in our care while owners are out of town (generally holidays/vacations).

­­­­The Veterinary Kennel Assistants are a critical role in the hospital. You are responsible for taking care of pets (patients or boarding), making a good impression on clients, building positive long-term relationships with pets and clients, performing a broad range of pet care services under the direction of management, and keeping the entire office (exam, surgery, dental, dog runs, cages, etc) clean.
