POSITION SUMMARY

The unique value the Inside Sales Specialist brings to Fading West is the integration of 
sales and exceptional customer service. This individual will be one of our first touch points with clients ensuring we are exceeding potential client expectations. The Inside Sales Specialist will perform initial sales calls with clients ensuring their project is a 
good fit with the Fading West model and will shepherd vetted clients to the technical sales specialists. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring all applicable initial sales data is tracked in the CRM system.

Responsibilities

  •  Shepherd clients from initial contact to technical sales team once vetted.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency during the initial client inquiry and contact stage to provide all required information accurately and in a timely manner to ensure we reach signed sales agreements efficiently
  • Clearly articulate our product, and construction services offerings and why they are the best choice for the client and home buyer
  • Follow up with leads and potential clients on a regular basis
  • Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest industry developments
  • Assist in vetting appropriate clients, developers, dealers, distributors, and sourcing ideal clients
  • Collect client feedback where appropriate to support the design innovation of Fading West product lines
  • Develop client reporting structures to communicate accurate project status to various departments and leadership of the organization
  • Provide tours of the factory explaining the benefits of modular and the Fading West product line as part of the sales process when needed
  • Use LEAN principles to establish, track, and improve sales processes, documentation, and reportable KPIs
  • Other duties as assigned

  • This role requires signing a confidentiality agreement, intellectual property rights agreement, and non-compete and non-disclosure agreement.
  • Background check results that meet Fading West’s standards.
  • Reference check that speaks to the positive character of the applicant.
  • May be required to regularly stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, lift or carry more than 30 pounds, climb/balance on stairs or ladders, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Must be competent and comfortable in basic computer skills and navigating modern technology.
