Position Summary:

The Inclusive Workplace Program Coordinator approaches their work through a lens of inclusion, social justice, and accessibility. As they develop and manage programs with ongoing opportunities for engagement, they also address real-time challenges that impact the global communities. The Program Coordinator works within the organization, consults with other units/departments, and provides education and resources to our employee-led resource groups.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and growth of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) members and leaders.
  • Create community-based education sessions and opportunities surrounding inclusion, social justice, and accessibility.
  • Organize and manage culture, heritage, and inclusive excellence awareness programming for organization.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development to create and revamp employee training to promote an inclusive workplace.
  • Lead conversations, townhalls, and fireside chats around social justice and real-time challenges that impact the employee community.
  • Consult and build strong relationships with units/departments while enhancing knowledge around inclusion, belonging, and accessibility.
  • Help manage external community organizations and partnerships as well as diversity-related professional organizations responsible for sponsorships, events, and community-related initiatives.
  • Interact with internal associates and community partners when participating and coordinating diversity-related events.

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least one (1) year of experience coordinating and executing inclusive programming.
  • Technical experience with Teams Live, Zoom, and/or other webinar/event technology platforms with virtual event, webinar, and/or meeting planning experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office experience with heavy emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word preferred.
  • Ability to process information through an inclusion, social justice, and accessibility framework.
  • Ability to challenge, coach, and find motivators to provide insight and feedback to stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to rebound from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations.
  • Ability to know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required Education & Certifications:

B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $50,000 or more depending on experience

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
