Wage: $25-$35/hr. 

Location: Florence, CO.

Job Description:

As an HVAC Technician at Big Cat, you will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our customers. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. Your primary duties will include:

  • Installing, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential properties.
  • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment malfunctions.
  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating moving parts, and testing system performance.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Keeping accurate records of all service and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • HVAC certification or technical training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Pass a pre-employment background drug check EPA certification for handling refrigerants (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide 5-Star customer service
