Responsibilities
· Weekly Payroll
· Assist in maintaining a quarterly company newsletter.
· Co-manage social media accounts with content creation.
· Review resumes for open positions as needed.
· Prepare documents for newly hired employees and conduct orientations.
· Maintain and uphold organization standards of employee files.
· Open the office daily and cover the front desk as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Candidate must have strong communication skills.
· Candidate must be able to quickly solve basic problems.
· Exceptional computer, phone, and customer service skills.
· Be able to work well independently and multitask.
· Previous experience with payroll preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
