POSITION SUMMARY
This role reports directly to Fading West Staffing's Director of Operations and and will fully execute all staff housing needs as well as assist with employee on-boarding. This postion will be required to ensure that an adequate amount of housing is secured on a rolling basis to support the companies staffing needs as well as ensure the clean and smooth managment of all rental units.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure adequate rental housing units to support employee levels.
- Draft and execute new leases as needed.
- Assign housing units for newly hired staff and maintain accurate documentation of all assigned units
- Develop and maintain weekly cleaning checklists on all housing units
- Document and report any damages/maintenance issues per company procedure
- Enforce cleanliness standards directly with staff when needed
- Coordinate with cleaning company for periodic professional housing cleans
- Oversee employee turnover and ensure rooms are vacated and cleaned in a timely manner
- Ensure rooms are prepared for new tenants
- Coordinate with landlords and complete a bi-weekly property check on all housing units
- Coordinate with and staff on maintenance issues on homes and resolve as needed
- Maintain home furnishings and ensure adequate levels of provided housing supplies
- Interface with landlords as requested, maintaining a positive working relationship
- Assist with employee on-boarding (orientation, HRIS entry, ensuring paperworkd is completed, etc.)
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- General experience working with lease agreements or similar legal documents
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred but not required
- In-person (this position cannot be performed remotely)
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
- This role requires signing a confidentiality agreement, intellectual property rights agreement, and non-compete and non-disclosure agreement
- Reference check that speaks to the positive character of the applicant
- May be required to regularly stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, lift or carry more than 50 pounds, climb/balance on stairs or ladders, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be competent and comfortable with basic computer skills and navigating modern technology

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, weekends possible but rare
