Dive deep into the world of housing repair with us as our Housing Repair Specialist. In this essential role, you'll manage all construction phases related to the Home Rehabilitation program, ensuring compliance with various regulations and building codes. It's a career for dedicated professionals ready to make a difference in the community through their expertise and leadership.

Salary: $21.63 - $24.03 per hour based on experience; benefits include health insurance, life insurance, holidays, annual leave, sick leave; AFLAC, Colonial Life, EYEMED, United Concordia, BETA Dental products are also available on an employee paid basis; 457 Deferred Compensation match available after one year of employment.

Closing Date: Open until filled

Position Description: Oversee all construction phases associated with implementing the Home Rehabilitation program per CDBG, HOME, HDG regulations. Coordination between local and state governments to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes.

Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED. Should possess at least 3 years of residential construction or repair experience. Must have operational knowledge of general office equipment and computer literacy. Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license and auto insurance. Must possess ability to work with people of varying professional, cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.
