We’re currently hiring for a Housekeeping Supervisor.
Duties
- Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff
- Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards
- Inspect work and address issues or complaints
- Manage supplies, linens, and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and company policies
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, especially in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of safe cleaning practices, tools, and chemicals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, and move cleaning equipment and laundry loads
- Reliable for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and teammates
