Overview
Cottonwood Hot Springs is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member for a Housekeeping role. This position combines cleaning responsibilities with guest service, helping create a clean, peaceful, and welcoming experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping:
- Clean cabins, guest rooms, and common areas
- Change linens and restock supplies
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces
- Assist with laundry (wash, dry, fold)
- Report maintenance or safety issues
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Comfortable in both physical and guest-facing roles
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout shifts
