Duties

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Check guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel management system

- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently

- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
