Job Type: Full time, Part time, Hourly

Wage: $15/hr. 

Location: Salida, CO.

Job Description:

216 Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant is a small family owned and operated restaurant in downtown Salida, CO. Established in 2010. We have put together a great team that are all professional, customer oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take reservations and phone orders accurately and efficiently

- Communicate with kitchen staff and floor staff about reservations and guest counts

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests

- Reset tables as soon as guests leave.

- Polish silverware and glassware

-Roll silverware

- Assist Servers as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room

- Follow food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for guests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and grace

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
