Sangre de Cristo Community Care is looking for a PRN Registered Nurse to join our dynamic home health team in Canon City, CO. Serving a variety of patients across Southern Colorado, including pediatric patients and those with developmental disabilities, Sangre de Cristo Community Care is known for delivering exceptional high-quality compassionate care with a strong team of local health care professionals, including skilled nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy, providing a seamless opportunity for high-quality hospice, palliative care and home health services to residents in southern Colorado.
The RN is a pivotal piece in ensuring quality and consistent plan of care for home health patients. This is a PRN position with a starting per hourly range of $32-$36.

Requirements
- Must have a valid nursing license in the state of Colorado
- At least years of nursing experience. Home Health experience preferred
- Active non restricted driver's license is required
- Flexibility to take call and work weekends
