Job Type: Full time, Hourly
Wage: $20-$25/hr.
Location: Salida, CO.
Job Description:
Immediate opening for an experienced Executive Chef/Back of House Manager. Prior restaurant managerial experience required (minimum 2 years). Line cook experience required (3 years).
Job Expectations:
- Able to expo/run line
- Proficient in various cooking techniques
- Ability to manage subordinate team members
- Responsible for weekly inventory/ordering duties
- Responsible for weekly team scheduling
- ServSafe certification highly desirable
- Must be proficient in various procurement systems: Sysco What Chef's Want Shamrock
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:
- Restaurant experience: 5 years (Required)
- executive chef: 2 years (Required)
- Cooking: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification: ServSafe (Preferred)
