Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $20-$25/hr. 

Location: Salida, CO.

Job Description:

Immediate opening for an experienced Executive Chef/Back of House Manager. Prior restaurant managerial experience required (minimum 2 years). Line cook experience required (3 years).

Job Expectations:

  • Able to expo/run line
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques
  • Ability to manage subordinate team members
  • Responsible for weekly inventory/ordering duties
  • Responsible for weekly team scheduling
  • ServSafe certification highly desirable
  • Must be proficient in various procurement systems: Sysco What Chef's Want Shamrock

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift

Weekly day range: Every weekend

Experience:

  • Restaurant experience: 5 years (Required)
  • executive chef: 2 years (Required)
  • Cooking: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification: ServSafe (Preferred)

Shift availability: Night Shift (Required)
