Job Description:
Construction Laborer
This position requires working in all types of weather including but not limited to high and low temperatures, wind, snow, and rain. This position is very physical and the selected applicant should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, shovel, climb up and down, use ladders, bend, crawl, stoop, push, pull, reach overhead, and twist as appropriate.
Typically 7 am- 5 pm, Monday- Friday, some exceptions apply.

Construction Laborer Responsibilities:
· Participate in daily safety meetings.
· Follow all health and safety regulations.
· Safely operate different hand and power tools.
· Work around redi-mix sites and throughout gravel pits
. · Complete assigned tasks quickly and efficiently.
· Comply with all safety protocols and wear proper safety equipment.
· Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
· Wash and polish trucks.
· Cleaning under the batch plant.
· Light maintenance.
Construction Laborer Qualifications:
· Ability to handle physical workload.
· Effective written and oral communication skills.
· Ability to manage time.
· Have reliable transportation and a current driver’s license.
· Must pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
· Must be able to pass a basic fitness test.
