Job Type: Full time, Hourly

Wage: $15.16-$18/hr.

Location: Canon City, CO.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and able to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and overnight.

Schedule (Must Be Flexible):
Applicants must be available to work any of the following shifts when scheduled:

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide professional customer service
  • Check guests in and out
  • Answer phones and manage reservations
  • Handle guest questions, requests, and issues
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Work with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year Front Desk experience in a hotel or motel (REQUIRED)
  • Good computer skills (REQUIRED)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Must be dependable, honest, and punctual
