Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, reservations, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Address guest requests and concerns efficiently, providing solutions to enhance their stay experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, room availability, and billing details.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met promptly.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse guests.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in night auditing or hotel management is beneficial but not required.
