Job Type: Full time, Part time, Hourly

Wage: $15.16-$16/hr. 

Location: Canon City, CO.

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, dependable, and experienced in hotel front desk operations.

Shift Schedule

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Must be available to cover additional shifts as needed, including:
  • Night Auditor shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Type

  • Part-time / Full-time

Requirements

  • Hotel front desk experience required
  • Strong computer skills
  • Quick learner with attention to detail
  • Flexible availability for shift coverage
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good knowledge of marketing
  • Ability to reconcile third-party reservations
  • Experience bidding online for group inquiries

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Perform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Operate hotel systems accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile third-party booking channels
  • Manage and respond to online group inquiries and bids
  • Support marketing-related front desk initiatives
