Wage: $20.07/hr. 

Location: Canon City, CO.

Job Description:

The Fleet Services Clerk provides administrative support to the Fleet Services Shop and Supervisor. Performs a variety of clerical tasks, data entry, inventory management, bid functions, ensures payment of invoices, and time and parts/material cost-tracking on behalf of the Fleet Services Shop and department. This position also works with the Office Administrator in completing Department tasks, goals and objectives. Acts as point of contact with vendors to order, ensures payment for goods and services. Maintains fleet records on inventory levels, preventive maintenance schedules, and corrective maintenance performed on all units using Cititech software and various spreadsheets/workbooks. Prepares purchase orders for management approval, including assignment of general ledger codes, in accordance with Department budgets. Reconciles County p-cards for various locations of the Department. Reconciles financial data to various spreadsheets, financial reports, and invoices/statements. Maintains and provides parts organization and inventory. Performs inventory functions and maintains inventory workbooks and records within the software program, compiles year-end inventory. Produces various productivity and usage reports for management review from various spreadsheets and software.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: Associate’s Degree from a two year accredited college or university; or two (2) to four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Requirements:

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid and current Colorado Driver’s License.
