Job Description

Job Type: Full time, Salaried

Wage: $55,000-$65,000/yr. 

Location: Salida, CO.

Job Description

Join the Boys Girls Club team to support our mission to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

This is a full-time position with benefits. The salary range is negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Create, monitor, and report organization budget; prepare monthly financial statements, highlights memos, graphs, etc. to track budget performance and KPIs

- Hands on with A/P, A/R (including grant invoicing), P/R, G/L entries and reconciliations

- Supports the Executive Director in a number of administrative matters including HR, contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service and benefit providers, policies procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and three years of related financial experience or equivalent education

- Degree in accounting desirable

- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace

- Knowledge of financial processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
