```Duties:```

- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen

- Ensure food quality and presentation meets the restaurant's standards

- Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff

- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

```Qualifications:```

- Previous experience in kitchen management or as a Sous Chef is preferred

- Strong knowledge of food production and culinary techniques

- Familiarity with the food industry and current trends

- Excellent food handling skills, including proper storage and preparation techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff

- Knowledge of restaurant management principles, including inventory control and cost management
