The Role
 

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be the operational backbone for multiple senior leaders, ensuring their day runs smoothly so they can focus on driving strategy and growth. This isn’t just an administrative role—it’s a critical position that enables efficiency and productivity at the highest level.
 
You’ll manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare meetings, and handle communications with precision and professionalism. In short, you’ll create order in a fast-paced environment and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Calendar Management
    Schedule and coordinate meetings, send reminders, and keep priorities aligned.
  • Travel Arrangements
    Book flights, hotels, and transportation while managing detailed itineraries.
  • Expense Management
    Track and process reimbursements accurately and on time.
  • Inbox Management
    Sort, prioritize, and draft responses to keep communication flowing.
  • Meeting Preparation
    Prepare agendas, materials, and ensure technology runs smoothly.
  • Meeting Participation
    Attend and facilitate meetings, providing notes and follow-up actions.
  • Event Management
    Plan and coordinate events, managing logistics end-to-end.
  • Communications
    Draft and edit internal/external communications and prepare presentations.
     

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools.
     
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation:
  • Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $54,803 to 78,291 depending on experience.
