Job Type: Full time, Salaried

Wage: $60,000-$75,000/yr. 

Location: Leadville, CO.

Job Description

Job Duties:

· Handle all tasks needed to provide accurate, detailed, and profitable estimates

· Complete on-site inspections to sketch projects, prepare scopes, and take photos

· Perform Matterport Geospatial scans of buildings

· Follow RFP instructions and attend pre-bid meetings

· Interpret construction plans and documents for bidding purposes and constructability

· Recognize and address constructability issues

· Sell work to customers and keep open line of communication,

· Coordinate clean hand-off to Project Managers

· Work with insurance adjusters to reach agreed cost-of-repairs

· Monitor the status of multiple projects and progress invoice as needed

· Produce Change orders and associated pricing

· Run final accounting on projects and assess

Mandatory Qualifications:

· Strong work ethic

· Knowledge of residential and light commercial construction and restoration practices

· Capable of multi-tasking but able to prioritize tasks when needed.

· High-school diploma or equivalent

Ideal Qualifications

· CAD/Drafting skills

· Experience using Xactimate estimating software

· Understanding of CSI Master Format divisions of construction

· College Education

· Experience with Matterport scanning systems

Experience:

· Four years of industry related experience.

· Two years estimating experience

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
