Wage: $17-$20/hr.

Location: Salida, CO.

Job Description

The Faricy Boys Automotive Quick Lane is looking for a reliable and motivated Quick Lane Technician to join our fast-paced service team. This position focuses on routine maintenance and light repair work in a high-volume environment. 

The ideal candidate would have their own basic set of tools and be comfortable performing oil changes, brake repairs, fluid services, and alignments. If you don't have the experience or the tools, but have the drive and passion to work in a dealership, apply!

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform oil and filter changes
  • Complete brake inspections and brake repairs
  • Tire rotations, tire repairs, and wheel alignments
  • Perform fluid exchanges (coolant, transmission, brake, power steering, etc.)
  • Complete digital multi-point inspections (MPI) accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Work efficiently to meet shop productivity standards
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors
  • Follow all safety and dealership procedures

Requirements: 

  • Own basic automotive tool set - not required but beneficial
  • Experience with quick service or general automotive maintenance preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a shop environment
