Job Description

The Production Electrical Specialist brings an understanding of quality to Fading West that our customers expect in their homes. This individual elevates the overall skills and knowledge of the electrical team by acting as a mentor and trainer to other Fading West team members. This individual must be highly flexible and humble and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong in teaching and training electrical skills and abilities
• Competent in troubleshooting circuitry
• Ability to perform electrical tests and troubleshoot failed tests
• Teaches and trains the plumbing team to achieve desired production goals is essential Interpret electrical code and transfer to projects and other staff
• Performs Electrical activities to support production
• Assists in helping inform our processes and procedure in our electrical department
• Communicates and coordinates with other trade teams to achieve productions goals without sacrificing safety and quality Leads the activities of the various electrical assembly operations
• Determines areas of improvement in the electrical design and production process
• Performs all other tasks necessary to support production

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

• Residential wireman credential preferred
• Understand basic home shop drawings
• High attention to detail
• Excellent teaching and training skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility within the workday is a must
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Organizational, planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously

REQUIREMENTS

• In-Person (this position cannot be performed remotely)
• This role requires signing a confidentiality agreement, intellectual property rights agreement, and non-compete and non-disclosure agreement
• Background check results that meet Fading West’s standards
• Reference check that speaks to the positive character of the applicant
• May be required to regularly stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, lift or carry more than 50 pounds, climb/balance on stairs or ladders, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Must be competent and comfortable in basic computer skills and navigating modern technology

COMPENSATION

Hourly Rate Range: $26.00 to $33.65 per/hour (Rate commensurate with experience) Fading West rigorously adheres to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-201(1)
