Job Description
Eddyline Restaurant at Southmain in Buena Vista, Co is seeking front of the house personnel. We are looking for professionals to help serve our guests. A successful waitstaff will play a key role in contributing to our guests’ experience and will learn and develop skills throughout their career at Eddyline. We are looking for candidates that have a strong work ethic and will provide the appropriate level of training to make you and our team successful. Must maintain flexible schedule and be willing to work days, nights, and/or weekends
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests, take orders, prepare and pour drinks, deliver orders, take payments.
Demonstrate an ability to make our guests feel welcome, warm and happy.
Maneuver Carefully through tight spaces in a fast paced environment
An ability to discuss craft beer and the brewing process
An ability to help out other stations/ co-workers that are in need.
Cleanliness and good hygiene.
Support Back of House
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift 30lbs responsibly and often throughout a shift.
Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift.
Must have a detailed understanding food health and safety practices
Attention to detail is top priority. An ideal candidate will be one who can maintain focus and stay extremely aware of their surroundings at all times.
Ability to work well with a team of people under fast-paced conditions
Although experience is not required preference will be given to those applicants with previous positions in customer service
An ability to handle difficult situations and customers
HOURS/BENEFITS:
Hours Expected: 20 to 40 (with potential overtime)
Salary Range: Starting $14.85 plus tips
