Job Description
Eddyline Brewing has been packaging beer since 2011. Our state of the art equipment allows us to produce up to 15,000 bbs per year. We strive to be an industry leader with innovation and drinkable craft beer. This is a position that allows one to participate in all aspects of a production brewery from wort production, tank cleaning, cellar management, packaging and warehousing.

Position Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in producing and packaging outstanding quality beer
- Mechanical/machinery operation knowledge
- Record keeping and reporting CIP/SIP of fermenters/bright tanks
- Transfer of product through centrifuge
- Fermentation monitoring and tracking
- Wort production
- General cleaning and upkeep of brewery
- Cold storage warehousing
- Shipping and receiving
- Keg cleaning and filling
- Operate centrifuge
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- 1+ year production brewery experience
- Outgoing personality
- 21+ years of age required
- Ability to maneuver full beer kegs (165 bs)
- Ability to lift 55 lbs to shoulder height repeatedly
- Repetitive lifting of 25+ lbs cases
- Ability to bend over, twist, kneel, stand for the duration of a shift
- Forklift certification
- Ability to understand and follow SOP’s
- Strict attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of the brewing process
- Working to high quality standards with and without direct supervision

Working Environment Working in an environment that can be wet, cold, hot or noisy while standing/walking continuously. Requires the use of PPE and proper handling of hazardous chemicals and materials. Working in an environment that requires strict procedures to minimize potential hazards. Need to manage one’s self, working in an effective and efficient manner while following direction from senior staff and management.
