Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable E-commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify and ShipStation, ensuring accurate and timely processing of online orders. This role is essential to maintaining efficient fulfillment operations and delivering a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently using Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to company standards.
  • Generate shipping labels and manage carrier integrations through ShipStation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
  • Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment workspace.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve order-related issues and improve processes.
  • Support initiatives to streamline fulfillment and shipping workflows.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience using Shopify and ShipStation in an e-commerce or fulfillment setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] as needed.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center.
  • Knowledge of shipping carriers and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
