Job Type: Hourly

Wage: $14.62/hr. 

Location: Canon City, CO.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Office Coordinator manages the Early Intervention office, supplies, and children’s files, and completes portions of Early Intervention billing.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must demonstrate organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently, involving team members as needed.
  • Must be able to maintain harmonious working relationships with others including supervisors, other staff members, parents, and individuals from the community.
  • Must be willing to learn new skills and adjust to changes, for example, IT systems, changing state requirements, etc.
  • Maintain children’s files and records, tracking and receiving paperwork submitted by providers.
  • Complete forms and files for the program.
  • Organize and maintain data of the program.
  • Maintain professional confidentiality following HIPPA and FERPA requirements.
  • Follow the EI Colorado timelines for Early Intervention Services.
  • Complete required monthly billing documentation.
  • Maintain needed inventory.
  • Organize department agency mail which requires daily travel between Starpoint offices.
  • Light cleaning.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School diploma, AA preferred.

· Experience with clerical work, billing, and office organization.

· Skilled in office IT programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Salesforce platform, etc.

· Must have a Colorado driver’s license and certificate of personal auto insurance on file at all times.
