Wage: $21-$35/hr.

Location: Leadville, CO.

Job Description:

Sanders Construction - Western States Drilling and Blasting is a 54-year-old company based from Las Vegas, Nevada and works in many western states. Our goal is to be the top drilling and blasting company for both construction and mining. To do that we need to hire the best of the best. This project is drilling and blasting for a mine expansion near Leadville, Colorado. It starts in April and can go for years.

Positions We Would Like to Fill

We need to hire a team for this project and would like to see who is available.

Blaster in Charge Pay rate $25 to $40

Blast Team members Pay rate $22 to $28

Blast Team CDL Hazmat Driver Pay rate $25 to $33

Hardrock Driller Pay rate $23 to $33

Blast Team General Labor Pay rate $21 to $25

Qualifications and Benefits

• Willing to work in a team with a focus on being safe, and efficient.
• No tolerance for drug or alcohol use including marijuana.
• No prior felonies, criminal background check done through the ATF.
• Looking for professionals who want a career working for a great company and great people.
• Prior MSHA training preferred.

Healthcare and 401k Retirement starts in 90 days after hire.

Weekly bonus paid based upon production, safety, and vehicle maintenance.

Expected hours: 50 per week
