Wage: $10-$30/hr. 

Location: Florence, CO.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to our furry clients. This is a hands-on role that requires experience and knowledge in pet care, grooming techniques, and animal handling.

Responsibilities:

- Provide grooming services to a variety of pets, including dogs and cats

- Perform bathing, brushing, and hair trimming according to client specifications

- Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during the grooming process

- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area

- Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and address any concerns

- Monitor the health and well-being of pets during grooming sessions

- Handle animal restraint when necessary

Experience:

- Previous experience as a pet groomer or in a related field is preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of different grooming techniques and styles for various breeds

- Familiarity with animal care practices and procedures

- Experience working with animals in a veterinary setting is a plus

- Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and effectively

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing
