Wage: $22.50-$24.50/hr. 

Location: Buena Vista, CO.

Job Description:

 Dispatch Administrator Description:

The Dispatch Administrator is a key team member responsible for answering phone calls, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to the effective scheduling and routing of delivery trucks. This role requires proficiency in computer programs, including QuickBooks, to support the administrative functions of the Scheduling Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders, inquiries, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Communicate sales information and product changes both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with the Dispatch Supervisor to coordinate delivery trucks.
  • Utilize computer systems, including QuickBooks, to manage driver directions, Order Confirmations, and other departmental needs.
  • Learn and understand Valley Precast products and systems, effectively communicating product details and functions.
  • Occasionally assist the Manufacturing Yard in pulling products for deliveries.
  • Occasionally move boxes up to 50 pounds.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the Dispatch Supervisor or General Manager.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in answering phone calls.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
  • Adaptable to evolving priorities and continuously changing circumstances.
  • Good computer knowledge.
